CD-ROM (Versioned & Packaged With Every VZW Phone/Device)
The CD-ROM accomplished its goals of driving users online to learn more about VZW's upsell services and reducing call center volume. Created in Flash, using original music, voice over and animation, a device-specific version of the CD is included in the box with every VZW mobile phone/device and acts as a users manual, a branding platform and a marketing tool. This job was poached at the last minute from a rival agency who had turned in sub-par work, and has grown to over 100 released CDs in under two years. Ongoing, we version and release an average of three CDs a week.
