This was a top-secret at the time- Verizon Wireless incorporating broadband content onto portable handheld devices, like cell phones. It wasn't even named at the time. This pitch is included because it's a good example of how the creative strategy was developed from a very solid foundation that mapped back clearly to the client's business goals. In a sense, the framework allowed virtually any tactical execution.
