Home Loan Banners
Capital One is trying to move their brand beyond low-market credit cards and gain recognition as a full-service financial institution. In support of this effort, they are greatly increasing their online ad budgets for all their LOBs, in addition to pursuing overall online re-branding campaigns. As a client, there is infinite potential for expanding their online marketing efforts --they are a "maverick" brand, known for their humor and their willingness to take chances. There are still many challenges, including establishing a single, coherent online marketing strategy for Capital One that works across all LOBs, but over a relatively short period of time we made great progress and were able to deliver a few strategically sound, thematic and differentiated campaigns for their Home Loans group. These banners were tailored to be site-specific and had both high CTRs and application rates above previous norms.
