Website Redesign
In 2000, at the height of the dotcom bubble, TD Waterhouse wanted to make over their website and replace the "brochureware" architecture that had been online since their initial launch. The site had to incorporate lots of interactive tools and real-time information and encourage online trading among both savvy investors and newcomers who might be intimidated by either the internet or complicated financial jargon. The redesign was lauded for its usability and propelled the TD Waterhouse to a top-three Gomez ranking. Our success in setting a new web standard for the brand is evidenced by the fact that nearly five years later, most of the core pages remain unchanged.
